Baked Pumpkin Cheese & # 8211 Boats & # 8211 Stuffed Pumpkins

Baked zucchini with cheese & # 8211 boats & # 8211 stuffed pumpkins. Pumpkin au gratin or zucchini stuffed with cheese. I really like zucchini and zucchini and all summer I keep cooking them in various variants: bread, gratin, stuffed, grilled, ratatouille, etc. One of the combinations listed is the one that includes the cheese filling. Easy to do da capo al fine. Do not throw anything & # 8211 bake and the hollowed cores of zucchini!

Pumpkins are cheap in summer and many people love them. There are many pumpkin recipes or zucchini but these baked pumpkin cheese & # 8211 boats they are extra tasty and easy to prepare. Gratinated zucchini, stuffed with cheese they are done quickly. I can be a taste hot or a main course.

The cheese filling can be a mix of classic cottage cheese with salted telemea or bellows cheese. Chopped greens (parsley or dill) and green onion or garlic cloves give them a special flavor.

Classic zucchini (light green) are slightly waterier than zucchini (dark green peel). For this reason I prefer the latter.

Pasta with cheese

It is quite possible that a food that I prepare very often will not be posted on the blog & # 8230 in fact I think there are more but it will be their turn to all just a little patience. I called the recipe pasta with cheese and not macaroni with cheese because I usually use what pasta I have in the pantry and I also don't want to limit your options. Cheese pasta is a dish that will get you out of trouble especially at dinner when simple and easy food ideas are the most sought after. They are made quickly and if you prepare them as I write you by adding a simple ingredient but which makes them much creamier, it will make you repeat the recipe many times or until the scale says stop :)

I don't even know if they have a specific recipe, in the end everyone prepares them with what cheese they like and in larger or smaller quantities.

Once upon a time when I had the option of fresh country cheese, I made them with cheese, then I tried different types of cheese with all kinds of textures such as mozzarella or cheese, but the one I stayed true to is bellows cheese. I think it works great in this combination.

Pasta with cheese

Ingredients 4 normal portions or 2 larger depends on how hungry you are :)

  • 400g pasta (choose quality pasta)
  • 300g bellows cheese (mozzarella, cas, cheese, gouda, masdam)
  • 50 ml oil or butter
  • salt pepper
  • and the miracle ingredient 150ml milk or 200g cream at least 12% fat
  • optional 150g kaizer or bacon

You also need a pot with thicker walls and even a deep wok pan, however, regardless of the type of dish used, you will have some work to do when washing it.

Boil the pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package, the proportion is 100g of pasta per 1 l of water. Put half a teaspoon of salt in the boiling water.

After they have boiled, we strain them without passing them under a stream of cold water.

In a pot put oil or butter add half the amount of cooked pasta, then grated cheese or crushed pieces and the other amount of pasta.

Stir gently over low heat until the cheese has melted and then turn off the heat. Add sour cream or milk and mix gently. Here the magic occurs as you can see, the pasta becomes very creamy and the cheese network expands :)

Season with salt and pepper. If you want you can also add the pieces of fried kaizer or bacon, I put them when I don't put them, it depends if I have them in the fridge.

And the filmed version, just to see how beautiful the cheese stretches

Easter with cheese and cream

1. For the dough, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, put a tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour and leave it to warm until the mayo grows well.

2. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour the mayonnaise in the middle, mix a little, then, in turn, add salt, egg yolks, oil and lemon peel. Knead the dough well, until it becomes fine and smooth, and leave it to rise for an hour.

3. From the dough stops a piece from which the cross is shaped, and the rest extends only on the bottom of the tray.

4. For the filling, mix the cheese with the cream and mix with the hand blender to get rid of the lumps of cheese. Thus, a frothy cream is obtained, in which the rest of the ingredients are added and homogenized.

5. The cream cheese is poured over the dough in the pan, which is baked at 180°C. When it starts to brown, mount the cross made of the dough set aside. Easter is ready when the toothpick test passes.

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • an egg
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • a cup of cottage cheese
  • an egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • a teaspoon of cream
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 50 g raisins

Method of preparation:

Put the milk and yeast in the bowl of the robot. Start mixing and then, while the robot is running, add the egg, salt, caster and vanilla sugar, oil and flour.

The dough obtained is left to rise for 30 minutes, kneaded and left to rise for another 30 minutes.

Place the dough on a lightly greased table, shape it into a roll and cut 10 equal parts. Knead each side a little, place in the baking tray and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Each piece of raised dough is shaped and spread lightly with your fingers. Make a hole without cutting completely, with the back of a glass and fill it with the cheese composition obtained. Grease with yolk and bake for 30 minutes.

Cheese, lap in the waist, Moldovan recipe. Fluffy basque with cheese, (cheesy) or lap in the waist, soft, fluffy, aromatic, with or without raisins.

-1 kg of flour
-2 eggs
-1 tablespoon old
-7 g dry or 25 yeast fresh
-400 ml of milk
-100 g butter, oil or lard
-1 salt powder
-grated lemon peel - oranges, vanilla
For the filling
- 1 kg of fresh cheese or well drained urda (any kind of cheese you have at home)
-3-4 eggs
-150-200 g sugar
-raisins, candied fruit - 100 g
- vanilla, lemon zest, orange.
For anointed
-1 or
-1-2 tablespoons milk

Sift the flour and then mix the yeast. Put the milk, butter, vanilla bean and sugar on the fire, heat until the sugar and butter melt, but not hot.

Pour over the flour, add salt and egg and knead, occasionally greasing your hand with oil. Do not put all the milk from the beginning, pour it gradually, and if the flour still requires it, add warm milk, until a suitable soft dough comes out.

Smooth the dough nicely (to make beautiful children), make the sign of the cross (to make it grow nicely) and then cover it with a clean napkin and leave it to rise.

The cheese is mixed with eggs, vanilla bean seeds grated with a knife, sugar, raisins or candied fruit.

-if it is too soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of semolina, not to flow from the cheeses.

When the dough has risen enough, divide it into equal pieces, spread by hand or with the merdenea, greased with oil, put 1-2 tablespoons of cheese in the middle (to be a lot of cheese) and then wrap.

They can be folded in the form of an envelope or as I did: with one hand it is held and with the other it is gathered, like a word, so that the filling does not have a place to flow.

Put them in the tray lined with baking paper, let them grow for no more than 15-20 minutes (as they are left), grease them with egg and bake them at the right heat.

You can also put a word of raisins or a slice of candied fruit on top.
Snow abundantly with powdered sugar.

I make them without raisins, because children don't like them, but I put a word from raisins, which can be easily put aside.

Sugar can be added more or less, to taste or can be sweetened with honey or sweetener.

Basques with plums and cottage cheese

For the filling, clean the plums, empty the seeds and cut into pieces. Separate the egg, beat the egg whites with a spoonful of sugar.

Separately, place the cottage cheese in another bowl, add the yolk, pudding powder, sour cream and a tablespoon of sugar.

Place the beaten egg whites and the plum pieces on top, lightly incorporating them, with vertical movements.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and line a tray with baking paper.

The composition is distributed on the squares of dough and a free edge of about 1 cm is left around each square (you will have to wrap them like a cheese).

Place the baskets on the tray and carefully grease with milk so that it does not flow into the tray. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove the baskets from the oven, leave to cool.

Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice, grease the hot basques with this glaze using a brush.
