A simple dessert to prepare, loved by everyone - burnt sugar cream.

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 l and a half milk
  • 12 tablespoons sugar with a tip
  • 4 vanilla sugar
  • 1 half teaspoon lemon peel
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 6 tablespoons caramelized sugar

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Burnt sugar cream:

For the burnt sugar cream, beat the eggs with the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the lemon peel and a pinch of salt. Add milk and flour.

Wallpaper a pan with caramelized sugar, then let it cool for a few minutes, then put the composition for the burnt sugar cream in the pan and put it in the oven until the syrup comes to the surface.

Burnt sugar cream can be served plain or with whipped cream.
