Ingredients for making tart with strawberries and ricotta
For the test
- Butter 100 grams

Making tart with strawberries and ricotta:
Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pound the butter and sugar just removed from the refrigerator with a fork. Then add the ground almonds here, mix.
Then send the egg yolk, cold water, and wheat flour to the butter. Knead the dough very quickly, roll it into a ball, cover with a film to prevent it from weathering, and put in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
Step 2: bake the base.

Distribute the chilled dough into a baking dish, not forgetting to bend it to the edges. Cut the excess.
Place the base for the tarte in preheated 180-200 degrees oven on 10 minutesso that the dough grasps.
Step 3: add the ricotta filling.
