Ingredients for Making Chebureks with Juicy Filling

Minced meat:

  1. Beef 450 g
  2. Onions 100 g
  3. Kefir 80 ml
  4. Salt, spices to taste.

Dough:

  1. Flour 450 g
  2. Milk 230 ml
  3. Vodka 75 g
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking pasties with juicy filling:

Mix cold milk with salt, add part of the flour, mix. Pour in portions of vodka and mix in the dough. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in a film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pass the beef, onions through a meat grinder, add spices and salt to taste, pour in the kefir and mix well.

Divide the dough into 14-16 equal parts. We cover with a film so that the dough does not dry. Lubricate the work surface and rolling pin with a drop of vegetable oil. Roll out the dough into a thin cake, put the minced meat, roll cover with the second half, fasten the edges. Fry pasties on both sides. Ready pasties are served hot. Enjoy your meal!
