Making pasta pudding:

Step 1: prepare the fruit.

Rinse fruits thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Clean the pomegranate by removing the whitish partitions and thick skin. And in order for the cleaning process to go smoothly, you can lower the chopped pomegranate into a deep bowl of water and take it apart. In this case, the grains will simply sink to the bottom, and all the excess will come up. In addition, the spray of juice will not fly in all directions.
Cut the persimmon into thin slices, and peel the kiwi from the skin, then cut the same way as the persimmon.

Step 2: cook pasta.

In a small saucepan, mix milk with sugar and put everything on a slow fire. With a little stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, and then pour the pasta into it. Still cook 3-4 minutes, not forgetting to mix, otherwise it can simply burn.
After cooking, remove the pan from the heat and set aside, for example, on the wire rack, let the pasta pudding stand a little at room temperature and cool. Stop it 5-6 minutes.

Step 3: Make Pasta Pudding

Take dessert glasses and place the pasta pudding on them. And on top, in random order, lay pieces of fruit. For example: pomegranate, persimmon, kiwi. Garnish with icing sugar or sprigs of fresh mint and serve!

Step 4: serve the pasta pudding.
