Cooking lazy dumplings in a pan:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

In order to prepare the dough for our lazy dumplings, in a deep bowl, mix the egg, water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whip everything into lush foam. Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the whipped mass.
Now gradually add the flour and knead the dough. First pour two glasses, mix well, a liquid mass will turn out, and then gradually introduce the remaining glass of flour, achieving the desired result. The dough should come out pretty cool.
Wash the finished dough, roll it into a ball, return to a bowl or put on a chopping board sprinkled with flour, cover with cling film and leave to rest on 30 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the minced meat.

Beef or beef meat, rinse, dry, remove all films and veins, and then grind with a blender or meat grinder.
Add to the minced meat peeled and peeled onion with a blender or a meat grinder.
Then add the washed and finely chopped greens of cilantro and parsley to the total mass. Mix everything well.
Salt, pepper, add a little water (a couple of tablespoons) so that the minced meat is juicier, and mix everything properly.

Step 3: Form the Lazy Dumplings.

Free the dough from the film and divide into two equal parts.
Sprinkle flour on the countertop and roll one part of the dough on it into a thin layer. Apply half the minced meat to it, distributing the meat mixture with a tablespoon in an even layer.
Grasp one of the longest sides of the dough and bend it inward, folding. You will get a long roll. Do the same with the remaining dough and minced meat.
Lay the resulting rolls of dough with meat inside on a cutting board and cut into pieces, no more than 3-4 centimeters.
Dip the resulting pieces on one side in flour, and straighten the other with your hands so that you get a rosette.

Step 4: Cook the lazy dumplings in the pan.

Place the lazy dumplings in the pan with the flour side down. Between the products place pieces of butter and put everything on a slow fire. After the butter has melted, fry the dumplings for 5 minuteswithout flipping or interfering.
In between, dilute sour cream with warm water in a ratio of 1 share of sour cream to 3 parts of water.
Pour the sour cream sauce into the dumplings fried on one side, cover everything and simmer for 15 minutes. If desired, you can season them with fresh herbs, chopped cloves of garlic or soy sauce.
When after 15 minutes you open the lid, you will see that some of the excess moisture has evaporated or absorbed into the dough, and before you are wonderful roses in sour cream sauce. It all smells incredible!

Step 5: Serve the lazy dumplings.

Serve hot lazy dumplings as an independent dish. Yes, in general, there is nothing cunning here, serve them in the same way as usual, pouring sour cream sauce accumulated in a pan.

- Instead of sour cream, you can use tomato paste mixed with ketchup or spices to make the sauce.

- First you can fry the onions with carrots in a pan, then put the lazy dumplings there and cook further in accordance with the recipe.
