Ovens for making chicken breast with cheese in the oven
- Chicken breasts (without skin and bones) 9 pieces
- Mayonnaise 1.5 cups
- Parmesan cheese (grated) 1 cup
- Seasoning to taste
- Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste

Heat-resistant baking sheet, disposable paper towels, cutting board, deep plate - 2 pieces, pot holders.
Cooking chicken breast in the oven:
Step 1: Prepare Chicken Breasts.
Rinse chicken breasts cleaned from skin and bones thoroughly with cool running water. Lay them on disposable paper towels so that they absorb excess moisture. Sprinkle the chicken meat with salt and black pepper, fingertips evenly distributing the spices.
Step 2: Coat the breasts with mayonnaise.
Transfer peppers and salted chicken breasts to a deep plate. Add the right amount of mayonnaise there and mix well.
Mayonnaise should evenly cover chicken breasts on all sides. And don't be afraid to get your hands dirty! Here you just can’t cope with a tablespoon, so roll up your sleeves higher and spread the chicken mayonnaise directly with your hands.
Step 3: Prepare the cheese.
Pour grated parmesan into a clean plate, add Italian herbs (yes more), garlic powder and mix everything very well.
Step 4: Bake the chicken breasts with cheese in the oven.
Set the oven to warm up 200 degrees Celsius. Lubricate chicken breasts on all sides with mayonnaise on a heat-resistant baking sheet. Lay out so that they do not touch each other, and even leaving a distance between them.
Sprinkle chicken breast with Parmesan mixed with garlic and herbs, and then send all this beauty to the already heated oven. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes.
Bake until a delicious golden crust appears. Parmesan, by the way, is different from other cheeses, it melts longer and therefore you can hardly be afraid for overdoing it in the oven.
Chicken breasts are quite stained in the oven, crusty, which means that it's time to serve them to the table!
Step 5: Serve the baked chicken breasts with cheese.
Chicken breasts with cheese remain juicy inside, and on the outside they are covered with a slightly crispy crust. Serve them hot as soon as you get them out of the oven. Something vegetable is best served as a side dish, for example, steamed asparagus, broccoli or just a salad of fresh vegetables, however, chicken rice is also a good company.
