Ingredients for cooking okroshka with beetroot on kefir
- Dill 1 bunch.
- Green onion 2 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp. (taste)
- Fresh cucumber 2 pcs.
- Boiled beets 2 pcs.
- Sausages 220 g
- 4 eggs
- Kefir 1 L
- Main ingredients: Onion, Cucumber, Beetroot, Kefir, Greens
- Portion 6-8
Cooking okroshka with beets on kefir:
Chop dill finely and chop green onion. Pour greens into a pan add 1 tsp. salt and mash slightly to let the juice.
Grate 2 medium cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Grate 2 boiled medium beets.
Cut sausages into circles and pour into a saucepan. Mix the slices.
Pour 1 liter of kefir, mix. Add the coarsely chopped eggs, mix, put in the refrigerator, cool.
We serve ready-made okroshka to the table. Enjoy your meal!
