Rainbow Salad Ingredients

  1. Strawberry 200 g
  2. Orange 200 g
  3. Kiwi 200 g
  4. Pineapple 200 g
  5. Blueberries 200 g
  6. Grapes (dark pink) 200 g
  7. Cream (not less than 33%) 200 g
  8. Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Main Ingredients: Orange, Pineapple, Grapes, Kiwi, Strawberry, Blueberry
  • Serving 4 servings


Cutting board, Knife, Small plate - 4 pcs., Bowl, Mixer or whisk, Salad bowl - 2 pcs.

Making a Rainbow Salad:

Step 1: Prepare fruits and berries.

Remove the ponytails from the strawberries. Rinse the berries under running water and pat dry. Medium and small berries can be left intact, and large ones can be cut in half or in four. Transfer the prepared strawberries to a plate.

Wash the oranges well, dry and cut into thin circles, and then cut them into two halves. Put the chopped oranges on a plate.

Pineapple can be taken fresh or canned. Canned pineapple in a jar is stacked in circles or small pieces. We cut the circles into four parts, and use the pieces as is.
If you have a fresh pineapple, we do this: we cut off the top and bottom, cut the pineapple in half and cut the peel from each half with a knife; remove the eyes and cut out a core in each half; cut the halves of the pineapple and you get the halves of the circles.
Put the prepared pineapple on a plate.

Peel the kiwi and cut into circles.

Wash and dry the blueberries, transfer to a salad bowl.

Step 2: Whip the cream.

Pour cold cream (immediately from the refrigerator) into a bowl and begin to whip, pouring a little sugar on it. If there is no icing sugar, you can take sugar, but it will dissolve longer and small grains may remain. Whip the cream into a thick, lush and dense mass.

Step 3: Cook and serve the Rainbow Salad.

The process of making salad is directly related to the time of serving. Take table plates and lay prepared fruits and berries on each row: red - strawberries, orange - orange, yellow - pineapple, green - kiwi, blue and blue - blueberries, purple - grapes. Put the cream in a small salad bowl and place it on the table next to the plate or on its edge. To prevent fruits from being picked from the plate with your hands, place the trap skewers, dessert or regular table fork next to the plate.
