Ingredients for making eggs in pita bread

  1. Pita 1 sheet.
  2. 4 eggs
  3. Cream 20% 100 ml.
  4. Dill 3 branches.
  5. Green onion 3 pcs.
  6. Cheese 100 g.
  7. Jacketed potato 4 pcs.
  8. Olive oil Iberika 1 tbsp. l
  9. Salt 1/3 tsp
  10. Ground pepper ¼ tsp

Cooking eggs in pita bread:

Finely chop the dill.

Chop green onions.

Cut cheese into small cubes.

Dice the potatoes.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper.

Add cream.

Add greens, beat.

Pour cheese, mix.

Pita bread cut into small squares.

Put in molds.

Fill the molds with potatoes, and pour over the egg mass.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, 20 minutes, until cooked.
