Although it is a dessert that we really like, I don't know why I only make it 2-3 times a year. Today, while shopping, I thought of Tiramisu and I had such a craving that I decided to do it.

  • 400 gr biscuits
  • 400 gr mascarpone
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml liquid cream
  • 2 sachets of whipping cream
  • 1L filter coffee
  • 50 ml poured liqueur

I rubbed the egg yolks well with the sugar until they doubled in volume and the sugar melted, then I added mascarpone over them and mixed well.

Separately I beat the whipped cream with the hardener until it hardened and then I added the yolks mixed with mascarpone over it.

I had made the coffee much earlier to have time to cool completely, I added the liqueur until it melted, then I took each biscuit in turn and dipped it in the coffee to soak well with liquid and then I placed half from the biscuits soaked in a tray. I poured over them half of the cream obtained, then again a layer of biscuits and on top of the cream. I leveled it nicely, dusted it with cocoa and put the tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours to harden.
