RECIPE PREPARATION Baked chicken legs:

  • 1 large onion

I had some chicken hammers in the freezer left over from that big 3kg box I bought from Metro some time ago. I looked twice to see if the site had healthy food or if the man had taken it to the plains. It was! I mean, it was the right site, the man wasn't on the plains yet.

I also changed one another, because I didn't have everything that the English said, and something worthy of doing came out every 2 days to satisfy you.

We almost never eat fast food, but with these legs we killed any longing that could have fed us something super tasty and fast.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the most delicious and healthy thighs despite the fact that it looks as if I bought them from fast food, super easy to make and savior of delicate tastes!

Ingredient:

  • 8 chicken hammers (but can also chest or upper thighs)
  • 100 ml whipped milk or kefir
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (mine was classic, but you put whatever you like, even quick if you want)
  • powdered or freshly chopped garlic
  • teriyaky sauce (this new sauce is not missing from the house because it is good for almost any type of meat, except fish. If you do not have, put what sauce you have, soy, possibly)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • spray oil

Preparation:

Step 1: Using a kitchen towel, remove the skin from the thighs to make them less caloric. We pull hard on the skin, holding the towel.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients from the marinade until a thick sauce is formed, dip the thighs in it and leave them in the fridge for a minimum of an hour, a maximum of 8. I left them for an hour.

Step 3: In another container, mix the ingredients from the crust and pour them into a zippered bag, made of plastic, kitchen.

Step 4: Prepare the oven grill and place it on the oven tray, previously covered with aluminum foil. Wait, I lost you. So, we take the oven tray, the black one, and cover it with aluminum foil. Then, we take the grill from the oven, they all have, even my 2.5 lei oven has it and we place it over the tray. The thighs will go on the grill and all this will go into the oven. If it doesn't fit because of the rails, put the grill on top, in the middle of the oven, and the tray lined with aluminum on the bottom, completely. Thus, what will flow from the thighs will fall into the tray.

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, top-down program and ventilation.

Step 6: Remove the legs from the marinade, shake them a little and put them one by one, one by one, in the plastic bag. We massage them and make sure that they are covered by the crust composition. We take them out easily, they won't run out of them very much because the marinade is made by a master, you know! Be careful, however, we put the thighs one by one, not all at once!

10. Working on the oiled table, shape the dough into a stick and divide it into 6 equal pieces.

11. Spread each piece of dough in the shape of a cake: you can perform this process with your hands, without twisting.

12.Put one-sixth of the meat composition in the middle of it. Then stick a cleaned bone in the center of the filling, fixing it well: this way you will imitate the whole pulp.
